The meeting aims to give a structured overview of available mental health services, both within the university and in the broader community, to assist PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty members, and administrative staff. Key features of each service, such as language accessibility, suitability for different levels of psychological distress, and availability of cultural mediators, will be highlighted.
The following key questions will also be addressed:
- What preventive measures can be implemented to promote mental well-being?
- How can individuals recognize the boundary between normal stress and clinical conditions?
- What warning signs should not be ignored?
