Daniela Piazzalunga is an applied microeconomist. Her research interests include economics of the family, gender economics, and labour economics more broadly, with a focus on policy evaluation methods. She has ongoing research in the following areas: (i) the impact of divorce laws on spouses’ behaviour, (ii) the evolution of the gender wage gap in Italy, and (iii) children human capital development.
She is also research affiliate at IZA, CHILD-Collegio Carlo Alberto and FBK-IRVAPP.
