The Committee promotes, coordinates, and monitors the Department's internationalization activities. 

The Chair of the Committee serves as the Department's Internationalization Quality Assurance Officer. 

The Committee's main responsibilities are: 

  • Encouraging the organization of seminars, conferences, workshops, and summer/winter schools with international participation; 

  • Facilitating the recruitment of foreign academics as visiting professors and visiting researchers; 

  • Promoting collaboration agreements with foreign universities and research institutions; 

  • Promoting and supporting the participation of academic staff in mobility programmes and international research opportunities.
