Learning outcomes

The course aims to address the study of the firm, extraordinary operations and credit instruments in terms of law, providing the conceptual and methodological basis for a correct interpretation of the business law and favoring a holistic approach to it.

Assessment methods and criteria

Final exam will be written, aiming at assessing students' knowledge of rules, correct use of language, and ability to solve juridical issues.
Final mark will be expressed in thirtieth.
