Learning outcomes

The course of Private Law aims to give students an adequate knowledge of the legal system governing relations among individuals and institutions, which take place on an equal footing. Among the main course objectives is to provide a clear and concrete knowledge of the fundamental institutions of private law, that leads the student to the formation of a legal reasoning and not to mere rote learning of the subject. Also to this end, in addition to lectures, students will be involved in classroom discussion of some case studies, drawn from the most recent case law.
