Topic of the Course of “Elements of civil law” is the study of subjects regarding the juridical relations between subjects acting on an equal level. The student will learn the basic principles regulating the whole field of the civil law and furthermore the student will study more specifically the branch regrading the persons and the family, the goods, the ownership and other similar rights, the contracts and the obligations, the protection of rights, the succession on death and the gift.
