The Course – through the analysis of the “d.lgs. 24 february 1998 n. 58” (“Testo unico delle disposizioni in materia di intermediazione finanziaria”, so-called TUF) in its last version and of its attuative regulations – studies financial market in which are exchanged financial instruments and are lended investement services (so-called securities market or financial market stricto sensu). In this view are studied the Subjects that operate in this area and the Activities that they exercise. The object of the Course is also the examination of the surveillance’s techiniques of the sector’s Authorities (particularly, of the Consob) and of the sanctions as provided in the law.
At the end of the Course there will be an oral examination to control the acquired cnompetence.
