The course aims to develop in the student the ability to understand the logic behind the making and the interpretation of a balance sheet in a company/firm. The course will focus on the analysis and the comprehension of the logical link between a category of the profit and loss account and a category of the balance sheet, as well as the correct interpretation of the potential cognitive expressed resulting from the oblygatory informative system of the company’s firm which doesn’t make any particular business, second Italian law.
All the lessons will be hosted by professor and they will be supported by several applications; the course implies 4 CFU of lessons (24 hours) and 1 CFU of applications (10 hours).
The exam consists in a written examination followed by an oral examination.
