Curriculum

Luca Zarri is a Professor of Economic Policy at the Economics Department of the University of Verona, where he also co-directs the Verona Experimental Lab in Economics (VELE).

He received a BSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University, an MSc in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics, a PhD in Economics from the University of Pavia and a PhD in Economics from the University of East Anglia. He has been a visiting scholar at Carnegie Mellon University and an adjunct professor at the University of Bologna and at the Catholic University of Milan.

Zarri's research focuses on behavioral economics and experimental economics and, in these areas, he has published in international journals including Journal of Economic Perspectives, Games and Economic Behavior, Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization, NeuroImage and Frontiers in Behavioral Neuroscience. He serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics and is currently Guest Editor of the Journal of Economic Psychology  for a special issue on “The Impact of Life Experiences on Risk Taking”.
