In Project 1, we used a field experiment in collaboration with a leading debt-collection firm in the Philippines to explore how face photo-induced image concerns influence debt collectors' goal-setting behaviour in the workplace. In Project 2, we rejected around 28,000 applicants who failed the first-round screening of call centre roles in the Philippines to test how the timing of rejection emails influences post-rejection behaviour and the morale of job-seekers.
