Simone Quercia is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Verona. He obtained his PhD at University of Nottingham (UK). Before joining the Economics Department in Verona, he worked four years as a postdoc at the University of Bonn (DE). His main fields are behavioral, experimental and public economics. His research studies the determinants of time, risk and social preferences with a focus on the voluntary provision of public goods, the psychological roots of risk preferences and the determinants and consequences of moral behavior.
