VELE is the laboratory of experimental economics of the Economics Department of the University of Verona.
It is a research facility that aims to contribute to the understanding of economic behavior by means of controlled laboratory experiments.
VELE consists of 30 networked computers equipped with privacy shields, allowing researchers to run experimental sessions involving up to 30 participants at a time.
The lab was made possible thanks to the financial support of the Economics Department of the University of Verona and of the University of Verona Joint Project on punishment and decision-making (Partner institution: Max Planck Institute of Economics).
