The course examines the regulation of the enterprises, their different organizational forms, ad their relationships with the market. The goals of the course are to provide students with a substantive understanding of the most relevant legal issues that arise in the life of a business entity and their economic implications, and to develop students’ skill in critically analyzing legal rules necessary in any profession. The most important topics that are discussed include: regulation of enterprise, enterprise’s financing and insolvency, regulation of partnerships, corporations and cooperative corporations, holdings, mergers and incorporations.
