Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to summarize the Italian business administration studies in order to produce a whole reflection on the main principles the corporate governance is based on.
In fact, Strategy and business policies represent the main expressions of the governance, qualifying the entrepreneurial and managerial roles.

Assessment methods and criteria

Oral examination.
