Lesson timetable

Learning outcomes

The course aims at developing some specific issues on bank management and economics, such as strategies, market policies, organisation and governance matters.
On the whole, the course objective is to cover both the institutional and organisational dimension of banks and bank groups. Particular attention will be focused on banks concentration processes and on the existing financial intermediaries governance systems.
