JEAESI (Junior Enterprise in Applied Economics Statistics and Informatics) was founded in 1996 in the Faculty of Business Studies of Verona University by a group of students who felt the need to bridge the gap between university education and real company operations, thereby improving the quality of their studies.
JEAESI has been recognised by the Italian Confederation of Junior Enterprise (CIJE) which, in turn, is part of the European circuit, Jade.
JEAESI is a non-profit association made up of university students who are prepared to make their knowledge available to companies and public institutions offering consultancy in the economic field.
As well as these external services, JEAESI and the Applied Economics Club collectively organise activities within the university, such as seminars and courses on specific topics in the field of applied economics, statistics and information technology.
