Syllabus

The goal of this module is to provide the main knowledge in order to face the problems of international marketing and logistics. They are related to Global Supply Chain Management and Customer value concepts. The main topics are: role of logistics in supply chains; customer value creation and global customer service,marketing-logistics management, knowledge management & information sharing in global supply chains, logistics outsourcing, 3pl role, supply chain strategy, Logistics performance, inventory management, global risk management and offshoring, Global Supply Chain Sustainability and Future Trends
Business case and role paly.

written and oral exam
