Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
Il corso denominato "Laboratorio Excel" è un'attività (facoltativa) di tipologia f che permette l'assegnazione, tramite prova di accertamento finale, di 3 CFU. Questa attività è riservata agli studenti dei CdL in Economia Aziendale e in Economia e Commercio. Le caratteristiche di questa attività sono le seguenti:
- L’attività è rivolta in particolare, ma non in modo esclusivo, agli studenti del secondo e del terzo anno.
- La frequenza alle lezioni/esercitazioni è obbligatoria. Per poter accedere alla prova di accertamento del profitto che si terrà alla fine del corso è necessario aver frequentato almeno il 70% delle lezioni/esercitazioni.
- L’attività sarà attivata se si raggiungeranno almeno 10 iscrizioni.
Sono previste complessivamente 20 ore di lezioni/esercitazioni secondo il seguente calendario di massima:

Program
Il programma dell’attività prevede alcune lezioni di introduzione al software ed alle sue principali funzionalità. Verranno quindi presi in considerazione alcuni degli argomenti trattati negli insegnamenti di matematica, di statistica, di econometria e di matematica finanziaria quali, ma non solo, l’algebra matriciale, l’ottimizzazione, l’interpolazione e le simulazioni con il metodo Monte Carlo. Nel suo complesso, l’attività si pone l’obiettivo di innalzare il livello delle abilità quantitative ed informatiche dei partecipanti a favore dei susseguenti insegnamenti di econometria, economia e finanza, nonché di fornire delle competenze estremamente utili per la preparazione del lavoro di tesi. Questa attività permette di perfezionare la conoscenza di un software ampiamente utilizzato, sia in modo elementare che estremamente avanzato, nel mondo del lavoro.

Examination Methods
La prova di accertamento del profitto consiste in una prova pratica e in un eventuale colloquio orale sull’utilizzo del software Excel.
