Lesson timetable

Learning outcomes

The corse will focus, in particular, on the analysis of the complex evolutionary process of the managers. The course examines, also, the role of the managers in the joint-stock companies.

Syllabus

Lessons:
Frontal lessons, 5 credits. These lessons aim at addressing the issues icluded in the programme.

Assessment methods and criteria

Exam:
The final exam will be an interview aiming at testing the students’overall knowledge by means of oral questions related to the required readings.
