Learning outcomes

Employment law is a heterogeneous legal system that regulates the personal employment relationship. Studying employment law aims to provide a better knowledge of problems related to the structural chains and to the evolutive processes of the business organization related to the human resources management.

Syllabus

Freedom of trade unions' association; trade unions' organization; trade unions' activity; workers' statute; collective bargaining; means of industrial conflict; employment relationships; structure, job security and dismissal; employees' rights protection.
