This course aims to enhance student’s understanding of the different type of formal agreement that firms usually adopt in order to collaborate one each other. The course is focused both on corporate governance and organizational issues. It underlies strengths and weakness of “firms networks”, in particular the ones of the small and medium enterprises involved in international processes.
The course is organized in lessons which will take three hours each. At the end of each lesson the teachers will communicate the bibliography and materials to be read for the following week, which will constitute also the base both for classroom open discussions and exercises.
The exam is in oral form both for attending and for non-attending students. Non-attending students are kindly required to contact the teachers to have information about additional readings.
