Lesson timetable

Learning outcomes

The course aims to explain the structure and the composition of the insurer’s financial statements, focusing on evaluating system according to local and IAS/IFRS principles.
The explanation of technical features related to the presentation of the financial statements is followed by the analysis of the methods that allow to understand the insurers’ economic performances.

Assessment methods and criteria

Written exam. The student may ask for an oral exam. The student should to be able to understand the insurer’ consolidated financial statement presented during the course.
