The course is aimed to develop a methodology for the elaboration and the analysis of the strategic process giving special attention to small and medium enterprises, and to strategic business unit that are addressed to larger business context.
Analysis of the structural, organizational and managerial firms’ profiles.
Identification of the strategic criticality.
Definition of the strategic business units and of the small firms’ core business.
Analysis of strategic performance indicators.
Strategic mission report.
